A lack of response and (c) openigloo open communication from the management (c) openigloo company that owns the building. (c) openigloo Things will go wrong and (c) openigloo that’s inevitable. But waiting months (c) openigloo for a response or even (c) openigloo repairs is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Cons:
There were cockroaches. Another person (c) openigloo in the building said they (c) openigloo had rats but I didn’t (c) openigloo see any.

The general building was kept (c) openigloo clean, including the laundry room, (c) openigloo common gym + outdoor area, (c) openigloo and lobby. No pests encountered (c) openigloo while I lived in my (c) openigloo unit. Porter and super are approachable (c) openigloo and quick to help.
Cons:
If your windows face Broadway, (c) openigloo be prepared to endure car (c) openigloo horns honking, vrooming motor bikes, (c) openigloo and people partying at the (c) openigloo restaurants and bars along Broadway (c) openigloo between 192nd and Fairview. Unit (c) openigloo walls are thin, so if (c) openigloo your neighbors are arguing next (c) openigloo door or upstairs, you'll likely (c) openigloo hear them. Keep all rent receipts (c) openigloo so you can use them (c) openigloo if mgmt claims you did (c) openigloo not pay one month.
Advice to owner:
Please respond more timely to individual tenants' concerns. Please be more straight-forward and don't just keep transferring calls to an answering machine.

Cons:
I don't think the cameras (c) openigloo work. If they did, they (c) openigloo would catch the people you (c) openigloo keep constantly breaking the lobby (c) openigloo door. One elevator would be (c) openigloo out of commission for weeks (c) openigloo at a time.
Advice to owner:
Fix or turn the cameras on. Catch the vandals of the building and terminate their lease. Take complaints seriously.

Drug dealing and drug (c) openigloo users and management is never (c) openigloo present nor seem to care (c) openigloo about how bad the building (c) openigloo is getting elevators are constantly (c) openigloo out of order bug turnaround (c) openigloo with porters . Terrible was (c) openigloo not like this when first (c) openigloo opened 10 years ago now (c) openigloo it’s becoming a dump

Get rid of Wavecrest and contract with new management be more involved
