Pros:
Renovated spacious apartments with lots (c) openigloo of storage space Location near multiple (c) openigloo subway stations.
Cons:
Building entrance needs updates. Intercom (c) openigloo is broken. Intercom nameplates and (c) openigloo mailbox nameplates do not get (c) openigloo updated. Stairwell has never been (c) openigloo painted. Landlord is not prompt (c) openigloo to fix issues. Garbage and (c) openigloo recycling situation has become a (c) openigloo roach attraction.
Advice to owner:
Fix everything and lease up the retail to tenants that would be an amenity to the building.
Red Sky is terrible

Pros:
Nice building. The units were (c) openigloo well maintained and the supers (c) openigloo were generally helpful.
Cons:
Battled red sky for nearly (c) openigloo our entire year long lease (c) openigloo to manage the unit properly (c) openigloo and fix issues. They did (c) openigloo not provide hot water consistently— (c) openigloo it was regularly well below (c) openigloo the legal minimum of 120 (c) openigloo and red sky would not (c) openigloo respond and fix it. It (c) openigloo took months of emailing and (c) openigloo calling 311 for them to (c) openigloo do something. It was incredibly (c) openigloo frustrating. Other instances of unprofessionalism (c) openigloo and mismanagement: they emailed the (c) openigloo building residents at ~1pm on (c) openigloo a weekday saying our building’s (c) openigloo front door locks were being (c) openigloo changed and we had to (c) openigloo arrive home by 6pm to (c) openigloo get a new copy. This (c) openigloo is not possibly for many (c) openigloo working folks let alone folks (c) openigloo in less accessible industries (e.g. (c) openigloo service) and showed a complete (c) openigloo disregard for the tenants.

Give a shit about your tenants.
