Reviews

Herzog & de Meuron‘s master design
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Bond Street area was (c) openigloo one of NY’s most exclusive (c) openigloo residential neighborhoods at the beginning (c) openigloo of the 18th century. Prominent (c) openigloo families lived in elegant brick (c) openigloo and marble-faced row houses and (c) openigloo mansions. The area lost its (c) openigloo glamour in the 1840s when (c) openigloo Fifth Avenue became more desirable (c) openigloo and commercial buildings began to (c) openigloo replace row houses. The diversity (c) openigloo of buildings in NoHo, the (c) openigloo mix of residential and industrial (c) openigloo buildings, reflects the economic, social (c) openigloo and technological transformation of New (c) openigloo York in the 19th century. In (c) openigloo the interior, many of the (c) openigloo master bathrooms have large windows (c) openigloo to the exterior and are (c) openigloo organised in narrow and tall (c) openigloo bays, reminiscent of the New (c) openigloo York lot. Sinks, shower and (c) openigloo bathtub are partly embedded in (c) openigloo the walls to create intimate, (c) openigloo embracing niches. The separation of (c) openigloo dry and wet areas and (c) openigloo the selection of wood and (c) openigloo corian as the finish for (c) openigloo each emphasise and enhance the (c) openigloo specific use.
Cons:
very busy neighbourhood, many tourist (c) openigloo foot traffic

Subpar services from front desk (c) openigloo and porter
Advice to owner:

Cons:
Lots of rules
Advice to owner:

Incredibly staff, impeccably maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman, superintendent, cleanliness, amenities, gym, (c) openigloo size, occupants
Cons:
Location is a bit out (c) openigloo of the way of drugstores (c) openigloo and grocery stores as Hudson (c) openigloo Square is still developing into (c) openigloo a neighborhood
Advice to owner:
Keep the long-standing doormen and staff! It is worth it. We love the building staff and it keeps us from ever wanting to move!

Cons:

Cozy old school apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has great ambiance, (c) openigloo the staff and management are (c) openigloo friendly, the doormen are really (c) openigloo cool
Cons:
