Cons:
Management was awful. Cockroaches all (c) openigloo over. We once got a (c) openigloo notice ConEd was going to (c) openigloo shut off lobby utilities. That’s (c) openigloo how poorly run this building (c) openigloo was. New management didn’t pay (c) openigloo the super and he had (c) openigloo to quit. Took over a (c) openigloo month and a half to (c) openigloo get back the security deposit (c) openigloo back to the point we (c) openigloo had to threaten to notify (c) openigloo the AG and take them (c) openigloo to small claims court. The (c) openigloo “property manager” would not sign (c) openigloo emails with their name, likely (c) openigloo on purpose so you couldn’t (c) openigloo reach them or know who (c) openigloo they were. Just a mess
Advice to owner:
Don’t be property managers.

Pros:
Large, clean apartments with in-unit (c) openigloo washer dryers and dishwashers. Very (c) openigloo well constructed - minimal noise (c) openigloo from neighbors, lots of storage.
Cons:
Management company changed and fired (c) openigloo the old super, new one (c) openigloo is nice enough and responsive (c) openigloo but the circumstances around the (c) openigloo firing of the old super (c) openigloo were sketchy and most likely (c) openigloo illegal. The building has issues (c) openigloo with garbage disposal and cleanliness (c) openigloo of common areas now.
Maintenance company is not responsive

Great Unit Nice outdoor space
Cons:
Verson Services is the maintenance (c) openigloo company and they are not (c) openigloo in a hurry to address (c) openigloo issues. I have been waiting (c) openigloo a month for my washer (c) openigloo to be fixed. Responsiveness is (c) openigloo terrible.
Advice to owner:
Find a more responsive company to handle your repairs. Also, instead of a Porter a Super would be more helpful.

The superintendent is pretty nice (c) openigloo and very attentive. Neighbors are (c) openigloo cool. Animal friendly

Some tenants are not so (c) openigloo friendly. The intercom system is (c) openigloo outdated and terrible

The building’s maintenance crew is (c) openigloo top notch. They keep (c) openigloo the building very clean. (c) openigloo The 43rd Precint is directly (c) openigloo across the street and a (c) openigloo firehouse a block away.
Cons:
43rd Precint is directly across (c) openigloo the street. Police cars (c) openigloo parked in ways that obstructs (c) openigloo traffic at time and can (c) openigloo be noisy. As well (c) openigloo as firehouse.
Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived

Property owner was awful. Had (c) openigloo issues with aggressive, homophobic neighbors (c) openigloo where multiple police reports were (c) openigloo filed and the owner turned (c) openigloo around and blamed it on (c) openigloo us despite footage from both (c) openigloo the building and our own (c) openigloo phones showing otherwise. Property was (c) openigloo filled with trash and was (c) openigloo entirely unkempt when we moved (c) openigloo in. Stay clear of this (c) openigloo place.

Do better
