Great Unit Nice outdoor space
Cons:
Verson Services is the maintenance company and they are not in a hurry to address issues. I have been waiting a month for my washer to be fixed. Responsiveness is terrible.
Advice to owner:
Find a more responsive company to handle your repairs. Also, instead of a Porter a Super would be more helpful.

The building’s maintenance crew is top notch. They keep the building very clean. The 43rd Precint is directly across the street and a firehouse a block away.
Cons:
43rd Precint is directly across the street. Police cars parked in ways that obstructs traffic at time and can be noisy. As well as firehouse.

Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived

Nearness to Williamsburg. Central layout.
Cons:
Property owner was awful. Had issues with aggressive, homophobic neighbors where multiple police reports were filed and the owner turned around and blamed it on us despite footage from both the building and our own phones showing otherwise. Property was filled with trash and was entirely unkempt when we moved in. Stay clear of this place.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Cons:
-hot water frequently goes out -doormen can be innatentive, don't actually hold or open doors -outdated kitchens -hard to deal with management company (HSC)

Get a different management company Be more flexible on rent
