It’s inexpensive and some of (c) openigloo the apartments are pretty newly (c) openigloo renovated. A lot of the (c) openigloo tenants have been there for (c) openigloo a long time and the (c) openigloo sense of community is strong.

The elevator works maybe 55% (c) openigloo of the time, and is (c) openigloo always filthy because the super (c) openigloo uses it to transport trash (c) openigloo to the basement. Get a super that does his job and cares about the building/older tenants. Do more to prevent package theft. Take a little pride in your property, it’s very historical but honestly it’s a total dump.

Apt is bright, high ceilings (c) openigloo and very spacious

Elevator goes out constantly, the (c) openigloo super barely responds to concerns (c) openigloo and ongoing issues with hot (c) openigloo water/pressure. Packages get stolen constantly! (c) openigloo I don’t think they report (c) openigloo bed bug issues to the (c) openigloo city so be careful!

Near the subway

Mice and bed bugs are (c) openigloo a huge issue in this (c) openigloo building. Building is not well (c) openigloo kept. Trash is always piled (c) openigloo up in hallway that attracts (c) openigloo more rodents.

Management, do your job

It had four walls and (c) openigloo a roof. We were desperate (c) openigloo because Covid had just started (c) openigloo here and our old apt (c) openigloo had a major leak.

I don’t even know where (c) openigloo to begin. Neighbors using windows (c) openigloo instead of garbage cans or (c) openigloo bathrooms and feeding the rat (c) openigloo colony. Packages getting stolen daily. (c) openigloo People doing drugs in public. (c) openigloo People smoking in the hallways (c) openigloo and not even putting it (c) openigloo out just dropping it on (c) openigloo the floor. Noise SO MUCH (c) openigloo NOISE.
