There was not anything I (c) openigloo liked about this building besides (c) openigloo it’s easy access to transportation.
Cons:
This building had a huge (c) openigloo pest problem and the super (c) openigloo was always hard to reach. (c) openigloo The building was consistently dirty (c) openigloo and the the lobby door (c) openigloo was never fully secured. The (c) openigloo tenants in here were extremely (c) openigloo loud and the landlord is (c) openigloo known for most evictions in (c) openigloo NYC. he does not care (c) openigloo about anyone in his priorities (c) openigloo and he makes that clear.
Advice to owner:
My harsh advice is to find a new profession.

Disgusting conditions, rats everywhere, mice (c) openigloo in the apartments, stinks like (c) openigloo urine, bums sleeping inside and (c) openigloo peeing everywhere. If you want (c) openigloo to live in urine and (c) openigloo mice infested building go ahead. (c) openigloo If you want your entire (c) openigloo apartment to be broken down (c) openigloo and never have anything fixed, (c) openigloo here is the place for (c) openigloo you.
Advice to owner:
BE A REAL HUMAN AND DO BETTER. GET THIS PLACE CLEANED UP AND HAVE SOME HUMAN DECENCY

There’s an elevator and live-in (c) openigloo super. The neighborhood is near (c) openigloo the NYC subway and Metro-North.
Cons:
Repairs are hard to get (c) openigloo because of lack of responsiveness (c) openigloo and inherent problems in an (c) openigloo old building-old electrical outlets, old (c) openigloo windows, old plumbing. You have (c) openigloo to call 311 to get (c) openigloo anything done. Repairs are shoddily (c) openigloo done.

Just the space of the (c) openigloo apartment and nice looking that (c) openigloo it.
Cons:
When you come in the (c) openigloo lobby it smell like trash (c) openigloo and it always dirty. And (c) openigloo all the floors you go (c) openigloo to dirty not mops the (c) openigloo hallways and the elevator jumps (c) openigloo and is very slow and (c) openigloo has a lot of roaches (c) openigloo in the hallway and the (c) openigloo apartment and mouse as well (c) openigloo and the heat no heat (c) openigloo apartment are always as cold (c) openigloo as outside and two of (c) openigloo the radiators in my apartment (c) openigloo don’t work only two do. (c) openigloo And the landlord has no (c) openigloo manner and no respect for (c) openigloo tenants treat them like they (c) openigloo shit the building is no (c) openigloo good at all. 
Advice to owner:
Fix up the building and fix his bed side manner as well I read his college history went to college for psychology and that was a waste because he doesn’t know how to treat people he no good will never rent from a slumlord again.
