Pros:
It's a good location near (c) openigloo the subway stop. Parts of (c) openigloo the apartment seem like they (c) openigloo are recently remodeled.
Cons:
Extreme and relentless roach problem (c) openigloo in the kitchen. I'm exhausted (c) openigloo from the constant vigilance. Also (c) openigloo the landlord (unit owner) wants (c) openigloo us to pay rent in (c) openigloo cash which definitely feels unsafe (c) openigloo and a little illegal?
Advice to owner:
Communication is really difficult--it's not clear who to contact with maintenance (or insect) problems.
