Pros:
The location is extremely convenient, (c) openigloo you've got easy access to (c) openigloo the best of HK and (c) openigloo UWS and only a 5min (c) openigloo walk to the park. The (c) openigloo staff are all super kind (c) openigloo and helpful, maintenance is usually (c) openigloo very prompt and the gym (c) openigloo is the best apartment gym (c) openigloo I have ever come across.
Cons:
I think this is true (c) openigloo of all apartments in nyc (c) openigloo but it is SO hot (c) openigloo in winter because of the (c) openigloo central heating, we have to (c) openigloo have the windows open even (c) openigloo when it's in the 30s (c) openigloo outside.
Generally, the renovations on the (c) openigloo apartments really give the 'landlord (c) openigloo special' vibe - ie done (c) openigloo cheaply and quickly - paint (c) openigloo flecks on the walls and (c) openigloo floor, cheap flooring, slapdash job (c) openigloo of sealing tile, cheap HVACS (c) openigloo etc etc. All this means (c) openigloo we've had to get maintenance (c) openigloo out a bunch to remedy (c) openigloo super preventable issues that wouldn't (c) openigloo have happened if management did (c) openigloo a more careful job and (c) openigloo used hardier materials.
Also if (c) openigloo you're lucky enough to get (c) openigloo an in unit W/D, (inexplicably) (c) openigloo it's almost certainly going to (c) openigloo be in the bedroom closet, (c) openigloo which leaves you with a (c) openigloo stuffy hot room when you're (c) openigloo using the dryer and since (c) openigloo there's no ventilation all that (c) openigloo steam and moisture is getting (c) openigloo into your clothes.
Advice to owner:
Take a more 'measure twice, cut once' philosophy to renovations
