Not clean, unresponsive management especially (c) openigloo with roach issues, consistent roach (c) openigloo issues they go unaddressed, broken (c) openigloo laundry machines for MONTHS

The owner does not make (c) openigloo any repairs. We have had (c) openigloo peeling paint for months, the (c) openigloo laundry in the building doesn't (c) openigloo work, the boiler has been (c) openigloo making extremely loud noise, etc., (c) openigloo etc.

Constantly getting things stolen pretty (c) openigloo sure it’s the super. Xmas (c) openigloo present was delivered (new tv) (c) openigloo and stolen and when I (c) openigloo called super he said you (c) openigloo gotta take it up right (c) openigloo away don’t leave it there… (c) openigloo how does he know we (c) openigloo left it there? Motorized scooter (c) openigloo stolen from just outside our (c) openigloo front door. Who would come (c) openigloo all the way up to (c) openigloo the 4 floor walk up (c) openigloo to “check” if there was (c) openigloo something to steal? Most likely (c) openigloo someone who knew it was (c) openigloo there. Leak in my window, (c) openigloo asked mgmt to fix they (c) openigloo have yet to send someone (c) openigloo to look at it. Told (c) openigloo me to call super and (c) openigloo super said “did you leave (c) openigloo your window open?” When I (c) openigloo said no he asked if (c) openigloo my upstairs neighbor left their (c) openigloo window open then asked if (c) openigloo he really needed to come (c) openigloo look at it and can (c) openigloo I just send a picture. (c) openigloo The contractor they hired to (c) openigloo do the renovations on the (c) openigloo building was Dilber Kukic. Recognize (c) openigloo that name? he’s the reason (c) openigloo why the seventh Street explosion (c) openigloo happened. They have yet to (c) openigloo have someone check/fix what he (c) openigloo did on the building. There’s (c) openigloo also black mold spreading throughout (c) openigloo the entrance/lobby ceiling. The list (c) openigloo goes on.
Advice to owner:
Sell our building to someone else you guys are the worst.

None….really, cant think of one. (c) openigloo The long term residents (c) openigloo are great.
Cons:
Elevator breaks down 50% of (c) openigloo the time. As of (c) openigloo today (6/29) we are on (c) openigloo day 3 of no elevator. As (c) openigloo of 6/29 there is no (c) openigloo water. Hot water is 50/50. last (c) openigloo summer we had 3-4 days (c) openigloo of on water. And (c) openigloo days meaning for an hour (c) openigloo or so.
Advice to owner:
A. Hire a real super who: 1. Knows that you are supposed to sweep the floor before you mop 2. Does not leave the mop buck/trash bags in the elevator when he “cleans” so the mop water wont splash all over your clothes on your way to work. 3. Cleans properly so you do not walk through 20 flies in the doorway B. Fix the door so: 1. Your key does not get locked in the door or breaks on in the door 2. When we buzz people in the door actually opens C. Come fix all the water damage in the ceiling and while you at it,patch up all the walls D. Fix the wiring in the building so we can use air conditioning in units without causing overloads
