Great location, generally updated building (c) openigloo and apartments
Cons:
Management is obnoxious and not (c) openigloo responsive. Super is nice but (c) openigloo I have no idea when (c) openigloo he’s coming to look at (c) openigloo a problem in my apartment. (c) openigloo Heat is non existent, apartment (c) openigloo has been 10 degrees colder (c) openigloo (less than 60) this winter (c) openigloo and has not been fixed (c) openigloo by management despite my calling (c) openigloo NYC housing. They say heat (c) openigloo is included but I had (c) openigloo to buy a space heater (c) openigloo which doubled my electric bill. (c) openigloo Tub faucet leaks leaving a (c) openigloo mildew rim if I don’t (c) openigloo clean it for more than (c) openigloo one day (management won’t fix (c) openigloo it), and the water is (c) openigloo usually not that warm. I (c) openigloo have multiple friends who live (c) openigloo on the west side and (c) openigloo pay similar rents for much (c) openigloo better, warmer apartments with more (c) openigloo responsive management. Disappointed in this (c) openigloo place given how expensive it (c) openigloo is.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the heat and don’t be so dismissive of tenants’ issues

The location is great! A (c) openigloo ground floor apartments have access (c) openigloo to a semi-private backyard.
Cons:
The owner and management company (c) openigloo were terrible to work with. (c) openigloo It took over three weeks (c) openigloo to receive my keys and (c) openigloo they never returned my security (c) openigloo deposit!
Advice to owner:
Try to respond after your tenant moves out and needs the security deposit returned.

Lovely building with well-maintained apartment, (c) openigloo good laundry room and package (c) openigloo room and beautiful courtyard. In (c) openigloo a quiet area of Upper (c) openigloo East and easy to get (c) openigloo around the city with nearby (c) openigloo trains and buses. It is (c) openigloo kept vacuumed and cleaned.
Cons:
Fully a walkup, a little (c) openigloo far from subway.

Lived in this building for (c) openigloo 8 years and while the (c) openigloo apartment was tiny, it was (c) openigloo homey and beautiful. The building (c) openigloo itself is gorgeous and well-maintained. (c) openigloo Location was very nice, close (c) openigloo proximity to East End and (c) openigloo Carl Schultz, quiet tree-lined street.

Minor complaint, there is only (c) openigloo one laundry room for the (c) openigloo whole complex.
