- Always dirty - mice and (c) openigloo roaches running around the apartment (c) openigloo - rats running around in (c) openigloo the backyard because neighbours throw (c) openigloo their trash out the window (c) openigloo and there isn't a porter (c) openigloo who cleans or throw out (c) openigloo trash often - management and the (c) openigloo super is unresponsive to repair (c) openigloo requests - the building is always (c) openigloo dirty - there are kids most (c) openigloo times smoking weed in the (c) openigloo stairway blocking you from walking (c) openigloo the stairs - Anyone can (c) openigloo open the front door by (c) openigloo pulling the building door which (c) openigloo almost everyone seems to know (c) openigloo as they enter the building (c) openigloo - The mailboxes are unlabeled (c) openigloo and some are damaged - (c) openigloo Packages are usually stolen at (c) openigloo a high rate

This building has a really (c) openigloo nasty horrendous rat infestation right (c) openigloo in the doorstep of the (c) openigloo building and probably also inside (c) openigloo the building. I was scared (c) openigloo for my life every time (c) openigloo I entered and existed the (c) openigloo vuolding because there would be (c) openigloo gangs of rats. There’s also (c) openigloo mice in the building and (c) openigloo roaches. The laundry room downstairs (c) openigloo had plenty of roaches and (c) openigloo was absolutely disgusting. The rent (c) openigloo is also extremely overpriced. They (c) openigloo ended up massively raising my (c) openigloo rent just to get me (c) openigloo out. Disgusting behavior. Really one (c) openigloo of the most awful experiences (c) openigloo of my life

-bed bugs twice- fumigated then (c) openigloo the bed bugs came back (c) openigloo -roaches everywhere even with pest (c) openigloo control coming EVERY WEEK -my boyfriend (c) openigloo fell through the stairs and (c) openigloo the company said "sorry" then (c) openigloo took 4 weeks to replace (c) openigloo the step -water would get turned (c) openigloo off without notice -new management take (c) openigloo over and no-one let the (c) openigloo tenets know -package thief!!! group of (c) openigloo drug addicts would find their (c) openigloo way in and steal everything

- courtyard is filthy (garbage (c) openigloo and dead pigeons decomposing for (c) openigloo the entire lease) - most mice (c) openigloo and cockroaches I have ever (c) openigloo had in an apartment - (c) openigloo building management took 3 months (c) openigloo to respond to a domestic (c) openigloo violence concern - absolutely freezing (c) openigloo in the winter, you will (c) openigloo need alternative heat - master bedroom (c) openigloo has one outlet, very few (c) openigloo outlets, you will need extension (c) openigloo cords everywhere - the outlets will (c) openigloo blow due to the excessive (c) openigloo extension cords and management took (c) openigloo over a week to resolve (c) openigloo that - lights have been (c) openigloo stuck in the on position - (c) openigloo everything will break - worst apartment (c) openigloo I’ve ever lived in out (c) openigloo of 5 NYC living situations

Good location, close to the (c) openigloo train and right off broadway.
Cons:
Filthy inner courtyard that encouraged (c) openigloo more bugs in our first (c) openigloo floor apartment. Little to no (c) openigloo pest control- and this place (c) openigloo is big city. We have (c) openigloo learned to live with the (c) openigloo bugs, it’s impossible to get (c) openigloo rid of them. When trying (c) openigloo to contact the management company (c) openigloo for anything, they took weekend (c) openigloo to respond and were of (c) openigloo little help. Our superintendent was (c) openigloo great, however he is overloaded (c) openigloo by management and does not (c) openigloo recurve the proper resources to (c) openigloo take care of the building.
Advice to owner:
Better responsiveness, cleanliness, and get more supers.
