None i thought the apt (c) openigloo was nice but it became (c) openigloo a nightmare

Basement Apt flooded twice property (c) openigloo owner was not helpful in (c) openigloo the situation as we had (c) openigloo much damage to our personal (c) openigloo property. We moved out and (c) openigloo they still kept our security (c) openigloo deposit. Also theres a group (c) openigloo of guys who hang out (c) openigloo in front of the building (c) openigloo all the time playing music. (c) openigloo Its pretty annoying

The noise outside was unbearable, (c) openigloo loud parties all the time (c) openigloo with music thumping through the (c) openigloo walls of my room, management (c) openigloo is HORRIBLE, they never responded (c) openigloo to any of our emails (c) openigloo or calls about issues and (c) openigloo lied about the rent renewal (c) openigloo process to triple the rent (c) openigloo cost

I don't know how you sleep at night knowing how shady you are

Where do i start. first (c) openigloo the walls are so thin (c) openigloo you can hear literally everything. (c) openigloo There is no sense of (c) openigloo privacy. there are also children (c) openigloo upstairs and can hear them (c) openigloo play and yell for hours (c) openigloo on end. There is always (c) openigloo people in the front of (c) openigloo the building loitering. People that (c) openigloo don’t live in the building. (c) openigloo It makes me feel so (c) openigloo unsafe. Also management sucks to (c) openigloo get something fixed. you have (c) openigloo to literally shoot them a (c) openigloo bunch of emails or keep (c) openigloo calling until someone picks up. (c) openigloo Honestly this is the worst (c) openigloo apartment i have ever lived (c) openigloo in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND (c) openigloo ANYONE TO LIVE HERE IF (c) openigloo YOU CARE ABOUT PEACE AND (c) openigloo QUIET. definitely won’t get that (c) openigloo here.
Advice to owner:
Sell the place or do something else with the building to keep tenants happy.
Don’t rent this place out.
