Pros:
Clean and overall well maintained. (c) openigloo Doormen and porters are (c) openigloo great. Building has an on-site (c) openigloo handyman which is a huge (c) openigloo plus in a condo/rental building.
Cons:
Drafty in the winter and (c) openigloo oddly extremely humid in the (c) openigloo summer due to a/c units. (c) openigloo Unclear if this is a (c) openigloo unit-specific issue. Intercom has been (c) openigloo nonfunctional and management won’t let (c) openigloo fix it - they say (c) openigloo due to Covid but they (c) openigloo come to fix other things (c) openigloo with no problems. Doormen do (c) openigloo their best to call about (c) openigloo deliveries and guests but can’t (c) openigloo always be on top of (c) openigloo it depending on how busy (c) openigloo it gets in the lobby.

Had to fight with management (c) openigloo to let me move in (c) openigloo the building the day my (c) openigloo lease started because you have (c) openigloo to reserve the elevator in (c) openigloo advance. Amenities broke all the (c) openigloo time, building is extremely strict (c) openigloo about deliveries and companies you (c) openigloo want to work on your (c) openigloo apartment. Must get approval before (c) openigloo having them enter to consult. (c) openigloo Didn't feel homey.
