I've never seen anyone clean (c) openigloo the common area of the (c) openigloo building, full garbage bags are (c) openigloo left on the first floor, (c) openigloo dead cockroaches on the stairs (c) openigloo and living ones in my (c) openigloo apartment....the building is not upkept (c) openigloo in any form. Don't expect (c) openigloo to sleep either because the (c) openigloo noise level late at night (c) openigloo into the early morning hours (c) openigloo is absurd.

maintain the property better, listen to your tenants needs

The windows are very thick (c) openigloo so you rarely hear any (c) openigloo outside noise, the owner was (c) openigloo pretty responsive to fixing a (c) openigloo sink leak as well as (c) openigloo pest control. Apartment is very (c) openigloo well heated during the winter (c) openigloo months.
Cons:
No air conditioning, and the (c) openigloo space is pretty small for (c) openigloo what you pay. The water (c) openigloo pressure on the kitchen sink (c) openigloo went down after they fixed (c) openigloo the leak but the bathroom (c) openigloo was fine so we live.

Neighborhood is cute with (c) openigloo a delightful cafe, rice roll (c) openigloo shop, and 2 art galleries (c) openigloo right outside.
