The only pro to this (c) openigloo building is that it is (c) openigloo in 10 minute walking distance (c) openigloo to Port Authority, Penn Station, (c) openigloo the A/C/E, 1/2/3, N/Q/R/W, and (c) openigloo 7 trains.
Cons:
The external noise level was (c) openigloo terrible, especially since the windows (c) openigloo would always close. The entrance (c) openigloo to the Lincoln tunnel is (c) openigloo 3 blocks away so the (c) openigloo traffic noise is always bad (c) openigloo during rush hour and the (c) openigloo hotel across the street has (c) openigloo their garbage pick up between (c) openigloo 2-3am. The street level door (c) openigloo did not always lock, and (c) openigloo the lock would get jammed (c) openigloo so you didnt need a (c) openigloo key sometimes to get in. (c) openigloo There barely any, if any (c) openigloo at all, pest mitigation done (c) openigloo in the building. Nice, ants, (c) openigloo cockroaches, etc all time of (c) openigloo the year, especially with the (c) openigloo building being on top of (c) openigloo a restaurant.

One of the (c) openigloo neighbors throws their trash out (c) openigloo of the window and the (c) openigloo rats love to eat whatever (c) openigloo falls out of the busted (c) openigloo bag. There is peeling laminate, (c) openigloo messy caulk and a rusty (c) openigloo sink and toilet.
Advice to owner:
If you want to raise the rent by 60% at least have the decency to make sure people don’t have to step over non-residents sitting on the steps to enter the building!

Cons:
Very, very loud. Windows do (c) openigloo almost nothing to block the (c) openigloo sounds out modified car engines, (c) openigloo insanely loud car music, dirt (c) openigloo bike and ATVs. If you (c) openigloo can sleep through your bed (c) openigloo shaking from noise, then this (c) openigloo is for you
