Respond at a reasonable time. Someone should always be on call for the apartment Incase of an emergency or damamges in the apartments that need fixed

Cons:
Will receive no help from (c) openigloo building manager if anything breaks. (c) openigloo Spent 4 weeks without a (c) openigloo working oven because the gas (c) openigloo line broke (good thing i (c) openigloo smelt it), spent a week (c) openigloo with no heat or hot (c) openigloo water when we first moved (c) openigloo in because they didnt tell (c) openigloo us the gas line had (c) openigloo been turned off, had water (c) openigloo leaking from the ceiling, shower (c) openigloo hot water stopped working and (c) openigloo it took 2 weeks for (c) openigloo someone to come fix it. (c) openigloo Management never responds to emails (c) openigloo so recommend calling the office (c) openigloo and just waiting for someone (c) openigloo to pick up. They are (c) openigloo all super rude if you (c) openigloo complain about them being unreachable.

Great Location, love the neighborhood. (c) openigloo there are washer/dryer units but (c) openigloo it’s a combo machine and (c) openigloo does not work very efficiently/has (c) openigloo broken multiple times. Units are (c) openigloo a good size and the (c) openigloo top floor has a lot (c) openigloo of light with skylights. Nice (c) openigloo roof access

maintenance issues go through a (c) openigloo different company so it is (c) openigloo not easy to fix issues (c) openigloo quickly. . We had major issues (c) openigloo with another tenant causing disturbances (c) openigloo and threatening my roommates vandalizing (c) openigloo our door and screaming at (c) openigloo us, we were promised he (c) openigloo would leave but eventually he (c) openigloo left on his own accord. (c) openigloo It was very scary for (c) openigloo us and management pretty much (c) openigloo did nothing, told us to (c) openigloo call cops, not helpful.

Replace appliances when needed, and take tenants safety seriously

Only 6 units at the (c) openigloo building and pretty close to (c) openigloo the M train, each room (c) openigloo have an A/C heater unit.
Cons:
The owner haven’t give me (c) openigloo back my deposit after 8 (c) openigloo months, I took months to (c) openigloo repair problems at the apartment, (c) openigloo I receive the apartment dirty, (c) openigloo the walls are very thin (c) openigloo and you can hear clearly (c) openigloo what is the neighbor listening (c) openigloo or watching, the entry and (c) openigloo stairs are never cleaned, we (c) openigloo had pest and the landlord (c) openigloo never send anyone, we use (c) openigloo a lot of bug spray, (c) openigloo the hot water is not (c) openigloo included and the boiler uses (c) openigloo electricity and that makes the (c) openigloo bill from $200 to $400 (c) openigloo monthly just to heat the (c) openigloo water.
Advice to owner:
You need to hire a profesoral management personal, Lisa the super doesn’t have the time or capacitaton to do her job properly

Neighbors are genuinely scary. One (c) openigloo of them was selling drugs (c) openigloo and threatening girls and management (c) openigloo didn’t do anything. The rooms (c) openigloo are also super small and (c) openigloo walls are thin
