The building was always very (c) openigloo clean and the staff was (c) openigloo friendly.
Cons:
the leasing office was not (c) openigloo always friendly and took far (c) openigloo too long to return our (c) openigloo deposit even after a spotless (c) openigloo apt check when we left.

Management is responsive, staff are (c) openigloo pleasant and location is convenient (c) openigloo to Riverside Park South.
Cons:
In our current apartment, the (c) openigloo AC/heating unit in the bedroom (c) openigloo is older and very loud. (c) openigloo There is sometimes the smell (c) openigloo of smoke in the hallways, (c) openigloo even though the building is (c) openigloo smoke-free.

Clean, big closets, good noise (c) openigloo control (at least on higher (c) openigloo floors, not sure on lower), (c) openigloo responsive staff.
Cons:
Kind of out of the (c) openigloo way in terms of public (c) openigloo transportation but the flip side (c) openigloo is that it’s quieter/less crowded.
Security deposit scammers

Building manager charged $1,500 to (c) openigloo security deposit for floor damage. (c) openigloo When I looked through photos, (c) openigloo exact floor damage was shown (c) openigloo on month of move in (c) openigloo before any furniture was in (c) openigloo apartment. Bldg manager was rude (c) openigloo and childish when presented with (c) openigloo dated photographic evidence. Building manager (c) openigloo and leasing office have not (c) openigloo replied to emails or voicemails (c) openigloo for weeks.
Advice to owner:
Don’t scam people.

Cons:
Durst management does not care. (c) openigloo Their office is across the (c) openigloo street, yet difficult to get (c) openigloo in touch with. When we (c) openigloo first moved in, agent gave (c) openigloo us wrong information about their (c) openigloo “specials”, and did not find (c) openigloo out until after lease was (c) openigloo signed... It’s basically been like (c) openigloo that since. For example, during (c) openigloo pandemic they were supposed to (c) openigloo refund us after the gym (c) openigloo had closed. Multiple emails, 2 (c) openigloo voicemails, nothing. We let it (c) openigloo go, but were quick to (c) openigloo move out 3 months before (c) openigloo our lease expired. Also, they’re (c) openigloo basically letting anyone move in. (c) openigloo I understand covid was crushing, (c) openigloo but when I see someone (c) openigloo in the lobby with ripped (c) openigloo pajama pants revealing a chunk (c) openigloo of their behind... I mean (c) openigloo come on, Durst. Shame on (c) openigloo you.
