- The building has a (c) openigloo roach problem. I talked to (c) openigloo some neighbors who had no (c) openigloo issues, but we did and (c) openigloo so did our across-the-hall neighbor. Building is great and fairly (c) openigloo well maintained. Elevators work consistently (c) openigloo and doorman are the best

Management is shady and scammy, (c) openigloo as expected. Slow to respond (c) openigloo to maintenance requests or anything (c) openigloo involving them contacting you

Common hallway carpets are stained (c) openigloo which is a bummer, but (c) openigloo overall good.

Please clean or replace the hallway carpets.

Great location and doormen

Cockroaches everywhere. You need to (c) openigloo spray weekly. The hallways are (c) openigloo dirty.

Vacuum the hallways! Replace the carpets in the hallways! Deal with the bugs! It’s disgusting.
