Cons:
Small for the money despite (c) openigloo being rent stabilized, way too (c) openigloo many roaches, and everything outside (c) openigloo the unit looked dingy.

Cons:
Studios a bit small, and (c) openigloo certainly very expensive. Bathrooms extremely (c) openigloo narrow.

Cons:
- The building has a (c) openigloo roach problem. I talked to (c) openigloo some neighbors who had no (c) openigloo issues, but we did and (c) openigloo so did our across-the-hall neighbor. (c) openigloo Keep in mind that we (c) openigloo have no kids or pets (c) openigloo and had our apt cleaned (c) openigloo every other week. We also (c) openigloo used the building-provided exterminator, but (c) openigloo when barely anyone else in (c) openigloo the building does, it seems (c) openigloo like it’s tough to get (c) openigloo to the root of the (c) openigloo issue. Like I said, it’s (c) openigloo hit or miss depending on (c) openigloo the unit, but they’re definitely (c) openigloo around. - Hallways are a bit (c) openigloo dingy.
Advice to owner:
Tackle pest management in a more comprehensive manner. Update hallways.

Please clean or replace the hallway carpets.

Vacuum the hallways! Replace the carpets in the hallways! Deal with the bugs! It’s disgusting.
