Cons:
The building is very old (c) openigloo and the infrastructure is not (c) openigloo up to par. There (c) openigloo are frequent leaks and electrical (c) openigloo wiring seems problematic. The property (c) openigloo management company is not responsive (c) openigloo and it takes several complaints (c) openigloo before repairs are made when (c) openigloo needed.
Advice to owner:
Update plumbing and electrical systems.

Management (Invictus) is atrocious. They (c) openigloo consistently hire subpar contractors and (c) openigloo residents end up dealing with (c) openigloo the consequences - from elevator (c) openigloo repair to the “new” roof (c) openigloo that needs replaced just 5 (c) openigloo years later to sloppy painters. (c) openigloo The handyman and super live (c) openigloo in the building but can (c) openigloo only handle the most basic (c) openigloo repairs. Pests have been a (c) openigloo consistent issue in the building (c) openigloo for at least 10 years (c) openigloo - including roaches, house centipedes, (c) openigloo multiple bedbug infestations, and now (c) openigloo mice too. Management has made (c) openigloo a long list of promised (c) openigloo improvements that never materialized, from (c) openigloo laundry in the basement to (c) openigloo restored hallway tiles. Management tries (c) openigloo to get MCI approval (permanent (c) openigloo rent hikes) for large projects (c) openigloo that could have been avoided (c) openigloo if they were less neglectful (c) openigloo in upkeep and choice of (c) openigloo contractors.
