Pros:
Very safe neighborhood, everything is (c) openigloo close by. Clean apartment building (c) openigloo overall neighbors were sweet but (c) openigloo favors elderly.
Cons:
The walls are shit! You (c) openigloo can hear absolutely everything from (c) openigloo the people across you and (c) openigloo definitely the people above you. (c) openigloo Quarantine has been an absolute (c) openigloo nightmare. Being forced to be (c) openigloo home all day everyday.
Advice to owner:
Be mindful of the people you screen for apartments if they have children they shouldn’t live above people. Possible better insulation for the ceilings of the apartments.
