1. Management is not the (c) openigloo most responsive. 2. Amenity charges (c) openigloo are quite high: the building (c) openigloo charges a base fee for (c) openigloo lower level amenities and extra (c) openigloo for the rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the emails, maybe hire more people - after all, it's a big building.
