Reviews

Rats in the streets, mice in the apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area. Close to the (c) openigloo water and the Brooklyn bridge. (c) openigloo Close to mass transit and (c) openigloo 5 mins to the subway (c) openigloo hub. Nice boutiques and a (c) openigloo good selection of restaurants. All (c) openigloo apartments have a washer dryer (c) openigloo inside.
Cons:
The management is incapable of (c) openigloo solving the rodent problem. Most (c) openigloo apartments have a mice problem. (c) openigloo It is recurrent, and I'm (c) openigloo not convinced that the management (c) openigloo wants to invest in solving (c) openigloo the problem.
Constant neighbor trouble
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful apartments, friendly staff
Cons:
Extremely loud neighbors, exposed brick (c) openigloo makes everything dusty
Security deposit scammers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty nice location
Cons:
Building manager charged $1,500 to (c) openigloo security deposit for floor damage. (c) openigloo When I looked through photos, (c) openigloo exact floor damage was shown (c) openigloo on month of move in (c) openigloo before any furniture was in (c) openigloo apartment. Bldg manager was rude (c) openigloo and childish when presented with (c) openigloo dated photographic evidence. Building manager (c) openigloo and leasing office have not (c) openigloo replied to emails or voicemails (c) openigloo for weeks.
Advice to owner:
Don’t scam people.
Security deposit scammers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty nice location
Cons:
Building manager claimed I caused (c) openigloo floor damage, charged me $1,500. (c) openigloo I found photos of my (c) openigloo move in, before any furniture (c) openigloo was moved in, showing damage (c) openigloo already existed. Building manager said (c) openigloo he didn’t care, leasing office (c) openigloo also did not reply to (c) openigloo voicemails or emails for weeks. (c) openigloo
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming people.
Security deposit scammers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty nice location
Cons:
I was charged $1,500 on (c) openigloo security deposit for floor damage. (c) openigloo I found pictures on the (c) openigloo month of my move in (c) openigloo when there was no furniture (c) openigloo in the apartment— with clear (c) openigloo evidence that the damage was (c) openigloo there before I used the (c) openigloo space. I showed in my (c) openigloo iPhone the date and photos. (c) openigloo Building manager didn’t care and (c) openigloo was rude and childish. Leasing (c) openigloo office ignored calls and emails (c) openigloo afterward.
Advice to owner:
Don’t run pathetic money making schemes.
Really great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is amazing. Super responsive. (c) openigloo Place is immaculate. Of course (c) openigloo neighborhood is one of the (c) openigloo best.
Cons:
Maybe some aspects of street (c) openigloo noise, but what can you (c) openigloo do.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up.
