Fun neighborhood, lots of bars
Cons:
Totally awful maintenance. The boiler (c) openigloo broke twice a week all (c) openigloo winter, we regularly woke up (c) openigloo to a 30 degree bedroom. (c) openigloo This happened 13 times (!) (c) openigloo and he would always just (c) openigloo send the maintenance guy but (c) openigloo never really fixed it. Awful (c) openigloo experience. Also the hot water (c) openigloo went out all the time

Maybe fix the boiler?
