Cons:

Rudy, the super, was very (c) openigloo responsive and personally took care (c) openigloo of issues. Building is (c) openigloo in a great neighborhood but (c) openigloo is still very quiet.
Cons:
Kind of close to Meatpacking (c) openigloo night clubs so occasionally annoying (c) openigloo street traffic late at night
