Maintenance workers are never quick (c) openigloo to resolve issues within your (c) openigloo apartment, tends to take 1-2 (c) openigloo weeks before they come and (c) openigloo fix necessary repairs. Management office (c) openigloo is also terrible, they usually (c) openigloo never respond back to you (c) openigloo and I've been waiting on (c) openigloo a wait list for a (c) openigloo parking spot for 6 years. (c) openigloo Every time I call it's (c) openigloo either no answer or they (c) openigloo tell me, I'm still on (c) openigloo the waiting list but refuse (c) openigloo to tell me what number (c) openigloo I am on the waiting (c) openigloo list.
Advice to owner:
Better enforcement on covid-19 rules. People jam pack the elevator and no one wears mask. (not even maintenance workers) At least put up signs requiring people to wear mask and limit the amount of people in the elevator.

Overall drama free. Friendly neighbors (c) openigloo only in this division. Only (c) openigloo three apartments per floor. Super (c) openigloo tries his best to maintain.

Oh man... NO HEAT In (c) openigloo the 7yrs there!. They can’t (c) openigloo find professional painters, handyman’s and (c) openigloo carpenters. They spend more money (c) openigloo making it look nice outside (c) openigloo when they need to fix (c) openigloo the rodent and smelly problem (c) openigloo and heat! Worse part is (c) openigloo they pick and choose who (c) openigloo to upgrade an apartment to (c) openigloo meanwhile the waiting list will (c) openigloo go on for years. (c) openigloo LOTS OF GUYS SMOKING DRUGS. (c) openigloo Right in front of the (c) openigloo building where there are “cameras”.
Advice to owner:
If you will fix the the apartments correctly the first time then maybe you will have less complaints. Or if you treat the building like you treat the building with the Jews and whites we wouldn’t mind paying for a better and safer living. Had a whole baby and had to sleep in the living room so my baby doesn’t freeze to death. That’s sad.
