Cons:
Floors are slanted - resulted (c) openigloo in a loud washer/dryer that (c) openigloo was in constant need of (c) openigloo repair. Couldn't really open windows (c) openigloo due to insects from empty (c) openigloo lot next door.
Solid building, no major issues

Cons:
No elevator. Though the management (c) openigloo company is easy to get (c) openigloo in contact with, the super (c) openigloo is not.

Pros:
Clean building, well maintained, and (c) openigloo with spacious apartments. Convenient location (c) openigloo and a friendly neighborhood. Good (c) openigloo heat management and the building (c) openigloo owners are actually good about (c) openigloo responding to requests or questions.
Cons:
Thin walls which means you (c) openigloo hear a LOT. Everything from (c) openigloo arguing couples, to barking dogs, (c) openigloo or people barreling down the (c) openigloo stairs.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up, and leave rent prices alone.

The supers, and the management (c) openigloo in general are very kind (c) openigloo and quick to response. Any (c) openigloo issue I’ve had there’s been (c) openigloo at least communication with me (c) openigloo within the day if not (c) openigloo solved completely.
Cons:
Roaches and mice Poor water (c) openigloo pressure Elevator works but moves (c) openigloo at a glacial pace

Need for a good deep clean and an exterminator

Pros:
Luis the Super lives on (c) openigloo the ground floor. He knows (c) openigloo his stuff and can pretty (c) openigloo much fix anything. You just (c) openigloo have to request your service, (c) openigloo but their maintenance was on (c) openigloo point for me anyway. Anytime (c) openigloo I've ever had issues, they (c) openigloo were quick to fix it (c) openigloo and not just a temporary (c) openigloo bandaid either. They did a (c) openigloo really good job. Hallways were (c) openigloo always clean.
Cons:
I lived on the 6th (c) openigloo floor, so obviously walk-ups suck, (c) openigloo but in the summer it (c) openigloo gets really, really hot up (c) openigloo in the apt and it's (c) openigloo really expensive to cool it (c) openigloo down, especially with the bad (c) openigloo insulation. For our 3bdrm (technically (c) openigloo 2), it would cost around (c) openigloo $350-$400 in the middle of (c) openigloo the summer. After Covid, package (c) openigloo thieves became a huge problem, (c) openigloo so we left signs for (c) openigloo everyone to not let random (c) openigloo strangers in because anyone could (c) openigloo just pretend to be Amazon (c) openigloo or whatever. I asked specifically (c) openigloo who the package was for (c) openigloo before letting anyone in and (c) openigloo they would get super upset. (c) openigloo We constantly hounded the landlord, (c) openigloo but there did not seem (c) openigloo to be any sort of (c) openigloo action taken to even try (c) openigloo to fix the problem. (c) openigloo We've chased them out many (c) openigloo times. Our apartment was kept spotless (c) openigloo for good reason and rarely (c) openigloo had any pest issues. If (c) openigloo for whatever reason you're a (c) openigloo slob, you will run into (c) openigloo mice issues. Make sure to (c) openigloo be on top of your (c) openigloo cleaning. I was going to (c) openigloo renew last minute, but the (c) openigloo agent that was working the (c) openigloo unit made it seem like (c) openigloo I couldn't, and looking back (c) openigloo I was well within my (c) openigloo rights. I should've sought legal (c) openigloo action. My unit was stabilized (c) openigloo and now rent has jumped (c) openigloo 30-50%. They definitely wanted me (c) openigloo out.

- Gorgeous white brick wall (c) openigloo in the apartment - Lots of (c) openigloo light in the living room (c) openigloo and great space - Clean (c) openigloo building and nice well maintained (c) openigloo staircase - Garbage area outside - (c) openigloo Never had any package theft (c) openigloo issues - Good size bedrooms (c) openigloo and good rent prices - (c) openigloo Very quiet and clean street (c) openigloo - Small but functional kitchen (c) openigloo - Easy to use app (c) openigloo for paying rent and requesting (c) openigloo maintenance - Good water pressure (c) openigloo and temperature - Nicely painted (c) openigloo and well maintained apartment

- Intercom can be temperamental (c) openigloo to use - Management company isn’t (c) openigloo really friendly but they do (c) openigloo respond - Did find 1 (c) openigloo cockroach and 1 mouse in (c) openigloo the kitchen, pest control came (c) openigloo but honestly I think it (c) openigloo just resolved itself and left (c) openigloo and was a one off (c) openigloo issue - You can’t go near (c) openigloo the garbage cans while it’s (c) openigloo dark bc of the rats (c) openigloo everywhere - The radiators make really (c) openigloo loud noises and the heat (c) openigloo is very low so it (c) openigloo feels cold often in the (c) openigloo winter - No air conditioning (c) openigloo but you can get your (c) openigloo own units - People never pick (c) openigloo up dog poop on the (c) openigloo surrounding streets
