    This building is in a (c) openigloo beautiful location and everyone who (c) openigloo lives in the building is (c) openigloo kind and neighborly.
    Cons:
    The management company is absolutely (c) openigloo horrible. They are completely unresponsive (c) openigloo and only care about profit. (c) openigloo When I lived there, they (c) openigloo refused to address basic concerns (c) openigloo and attempted to raise the (c) openigloo rent by a horrifying percentage (c) openigloo every year. I would not (c) openigloo recommend living in this building (c) openigloo because of the negligence of (c) openigloo management.

    big apartment, lots of light, (c) openigloo never had a package stolen

    BUG INFESTED!!! MICE!!! Loud neighbors (c) openigloo who smoke crack, creaky ass (c) openigloo floors, BARELY any heat, barely (c) openigloo responsive properly owners, coldest days (c) openigloo of the year, no heat

    FIX THE BUG PROBLEM!!!

    Super is the nicest guy (c) openigloo and will fix anything for (c) openigloo you very quickly. Apartment hallways (c) openigloo are well kept as well (c) openigloo and garbage is always managed (c) openigloo properly
    Cons:
    Had mice and roaches, even (c) openigloo on higher floors - also (c) openigloo the laundry situation is terrible (c) openigloo and was not mentioned by (c) openigloo the broker (you share the (c) openigloo laundry room with the laundromat (c) openigloo and can only use the (c) openigloo machines on Sunday or after (c) openigloo 8pm)

    The super's name is Vis (c) openigloo and he's the best super (c) openigloo ever. Very quick to respond (c) openigloo to messages. Keeps the building (c) openigloo very clean and organized. Great (c) openigloo building! Would recommend 10/10.

    Living NY sucked. They told (c) openigloo us our apartment was ready (c) openigloo and then when we moved (c) openigloo to NYC it was another (c) openigloo 1-2 months before we could (c) openigloo actually move in. We showed (c) openigloo up with our packed suitcases (c) openigloo to a busted unit with (c) openigloo holes in the dry wall (c) openigloo and none of the counter (c) openigloo tops or appliances installed. The (c) openigloo entire time we are living (c) openigloo in a horrible temporary unit. (c) openigloo They didn't even comp the (c) openigloo entirety of our temporary housing. (c) openigloo Don't ever use Living NY! (c) openigloo There are so many more (c) openigloo options out there don't use (c) openigloo this garbage company.

    Promote Vis! He's the best super I've ever had! Also, don't ever use Living NY to list your apartments.
