Area turns unsafe. Neighbors are (c) openigloo loud. Hallway and staircase always (c) openigloo looks like a mess. Second (c) openigloo security entrance door not functional.
Advice to owner:
Start caring about the building instead of only pursuing your own interests.

Advice to owner:
Give your landlord certification back you suck! Drop that you should never be a landlord anywhere else. The city should revoke your certificate
