Layout of apartment was good
Cons:
Had several water leaks that (c) openigloo were never addressed. Water damage (c) openigloo never fixed. Neighbors had mice (c) openigloo and roach infestations that were (c) openigloo unaddressed. Random people camp out (c) openigloo in the lobby area of (c) openigloo the building. Consistent issues with (c) openigloo front door locking properly. Had (c) openigloo to make reports to 311 (c) openigloo and 911 and issues were (c) openigloo still never fixed. Had to (c) openigloo get attorney general involved to (c) openigloo get security deposit back after (c) openigloo moving out. Management ignores calls (c) openigloo and emails and we didn't (c) openigloo have a phone number for (c) openigloo the super.

Top floor (5th) at least (c) openigloo had no roach /bug issues, (c) openigloo thankfully. 2 washers/dryers each that (c) openigloo were pretty good + effective.
Cons:
Basement shared with a restaurant (c) openigloo at the time so i (c) openigloo had seen an occasional rat (c) openigloo in the basement laundry. Super (c) openigloo is kind but inefficient. When (c) openigloo the ainsworth was open it (c) openigloo was noisy at night all (c) openigloo the time.

It's got exposed brick, nice (c) openigloo floors.
Cons:
Rats in the back in (c) openigloo the garbage, the area is (c) openigloo depressing, the building owners will (c) openigloo send their supers to you (c) openigloo if you complain only during (c) openigloo the day during the week (c) openigloo and when you inevitable are (c) openigloo not there they will leave (c) openigloo without trying to let you (c) openigloo know they visited. Windows leak (c) openigloo water during storms, packages are (c) openigloo consistently stolen. A girl had (c) openigloo her door broken down by (c) openigloo an intruder and called me (c) openigloo asking me if I could (c) openigloo ring in the police. Since (c) openigloo the building did not invest (c) openigloo into a single camera, all (c) openigloo of this goes unopposed.
Advice to owner:
Tell your super to get a cell phone. Buy one or more CCTV cameras.

Always clean, and the space (c) openigloo is nice. I like the (c) openigloo location, it’s a really nice (c) openigloo community.
Cons:
Hard to get owners attention (c) openigloo if something is wrong.

there are many things that (c) openigloo I don't like - the common (c) openigloo area/mail room is always dirty (c) openigloo and have a weird smell - (c) openigloo everything broke down (the hallway (c) openigloo broke, the light to the (c) openigloo garbage room broke, the front (c) openigloo door broke) - they even have (c) openigloo mice in the garbage room (c) openigloo - dirty laundry room, leak (c) openigloo water

please upgrade/clean the common area
