The building is relatively well (c) openigloo maintained, and I experienced no (c) openigloo major issues in the two (c) openigloo years I lived in this (c) openigloo building.
Cons:
The only thing I noticed (c) openigloo was mice on the ground (c) openigloo levels. I lived on a (c) openigloo higher floor and never saw (c) openigloo any evidence of mice in (c) openigloo my unit.

Nice neighbors, great live-in super, (c) openigloo has an elevator, close to (c) openigloo the F subway, responsive to (c) openigloo any issues.
Cons:
Can only pay through check, (c) openigloo which the accounting team will (c) openigloo often lose or misplace. No (c) openigloo laundry in the building, will (c) openigloo occasionally see dead cockroaches in (c) openigloo common areas

Management company was impossible to (c) openigloo get a hold of. Dealt (c) openigloo with a mouse issue for (c) openigloo several months without receiving assistance (c) openigloo or solution from management.

While the super was always (c) openigloo difficult to hear back from (c) openigloo and the management company never (c) openigloo remembered anything and always had (c) openigloo a different person answer the (c) openigloo phone, it was worth it (c) openigloo for the price until we (c) openigloo had a mouse infestation. 6 (c) openigloo months of trying to take (c) openigloo care of pest control and (c) openigloo we never once got the (c) openigloo landlord directly on the phone. (c) openigloo I believe he was invisible, (c) openigloo they would always claim he’d (c) openigloo call or use him as (c) openigloo a threat but we’d never (c) openigloo hear from him. All communication (c) openigloo with the exterminator & responsibility (c) openigloo for the situation was put (c) openigloo on me and it was (c) openigloo never resolved. We ended up (c) openigloo giving a 60 day written (c) openigloo notice we were leaving only (c) openigloo to have them withhold our (c) openigloo security deposit two months later (c) openigloo claiming they didn’t know about (c) openigloo a mouse and that we (c) openigloo didn’t tell them we were (c) openigloo leaving or return the keys. (c) openigloo All lies. It was a (c) openigloo complete mess and my worst (c) openigloo rental experience of 5 years (c) openigloo & 3 buildings in the (c) openigloo city.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building & answer your tenants

Cons:
Can be loud depending if (c) openigloo facing the street. Lately there’s (c) openigloo been roaches in the lobby. (c) openigloo Also, some of the repairs (c) openigloo can take forever.

Amazing location. The spot is (c) openigloo across a 24h super market (c) openigloo (expensive, but 24h) and close (c) openigloo to great restaurants/bars. If you’re (c) openigloo young and don’t care about (c) openigloo the noise or deal with (c) openigloo the management all the time, (c) openigloo this could be a good (c) openigloo apartment for you.
Cons:
Stressful level hard. All the (c) openigloo problems you need help with (c) openigloo is slow. Restaurant downstairs (Han (c) openigloo Dynasty) is really loud for (c) openigloo apartment 1D and I had (c) openigloo 4 years of problems with (c) openigloo them. Environment department needs to (c) openigloo apply a ticket constantly. The (c) openigloo price is crazy expensive for (c) openigloo the size this apartment is. (c) openigloo I had good moments, but (c) openigloo most part of the time (c) openigloo stressed.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to this building. If you guys invest to renovate everything, everybody will try to move in. Create a better system for costumer service, it’s been disorganized, difficult and stressful.

Neighbors aren't loud, nice location, (c) openigloo westside market right across the (c) openigloo street and is open 24/7
Cons:
Often lost packages, not sure (c) openigloo if neighbors or the lack (c) openigloo of a package room. The (c) openigloo hot water often didn't run (c) openigloo right, and was forced to (c) openigloo take showers at 4 am (c) openigloo for 20 min of hot (c) openigloo water. Not heated enough, needed (c) openigloo to buy extra heaters. Things (c) openigloo go weeks with no fixes. (c) openigloo A broken window was taped (c) openigloo up with duct tape with (c) openigloo glass on the floor for (c) openigloo weeks.. some people working on (c) openigloo the roof left stinky black (c) openigloo tar over the hallways that (c) openigloo took a week to get (c) openigloo cleaned up.
Good building. Bad kitchen and bathroom.

Bathroom and kitchen very outdated Kitchen (c) openigloo is very nonfunctional. Not one (c) openigloo drawer! You have to go to (c) openigloo the next door building (outside) (c) openigloo to despose of garbage and (c) openigloo recycling.

Make changes to bathrooms and kitchen.
