    Cons:
    Had rodent issues in our (c) openigloo apartment and management was not (c) openigloo very responsive

    Pros:
    South-facing sunny apartment, super is (c) openigloo responsive via call/text. Garbage is (c) openigloo organized and regularly disposed. Camera (c) openigloo system in place for monitoring (c) openigloo mail packages.
    Cons:
    Other than significant rent increases (c) openigloo per lease term, there are (c) openigloo no cons.
    Advice to owner:
    Some tenants have multiple rent-stab/controlled apartments throughout the city passed down from grandparents, including this building. And, some rent-control tenants (lease survivorship) no longer live here in this building, but use the cash from sub-leasing to live rent-free. This building and mgmt are great, and I'd like to stay in 1 of the stabilized units for the long-term.

    Pros:
    The apartment we rented were (c) openigloo gut renovated recently and was (c) openigloo very nice and clean. It (c) openigloo also came with laundry machine!
    Cons:
    Heater - there is central (c) openigloo heater in the apartment but (c) openigloo this DID NOT warm up (c) openigloo my place at all! I (c) openigloo was constantly making a claim (c) openigloo and super came to help (c) openigloo out, but it did not (c) openigloo help much and I ended (c) openigloo up buying my own electronic (c) openigloo heater. Shower - I hated (c) openigloo that shower's water temperature was (c) openigloo set super low. Even on (c) openigloo the hottest setting, it was (c) openigloo not enough and I had (c) openigloo to wait when the heater (c) openigloo turns on to get nice (c) openigloo warm shower. Also shower water (c) openigloo pressure was so low too.

    I would work on shower and heater

    Pros:
    It is in the heart (c) openigloo of the East Village on (c) openigloo a quiet side street, near (c) openigloo the police precinct. You get (c) openigloo the best of the East (c) openigloo Village but it's not loud (c) openigloo or noisy like neighboring buildings (c) openigloo that are adjacent to the (c) openigloo avenues.
    Cons:
    The building is old and (c) openigloo generally unclean. Floors and walls (c) openigloo are warped. The bathroom (at (c) openigloo least in our two bedroom) (c) openigloo was extremely small. Our apartment (c) openigloo had poor natural lighting, and (c) openigloo the appliances either didn't work (c) openigloo or frequently leaked. The AC (c) openigloo was also poor in the (c) openigloo summer/hot months. Most importantly, we (c) openigloo had a constant roach problem (c) openigloo that got progressively worse.
    Advice to owner:
    Better pest control and update the appliances.
