Pros:

Cons:
Building is a walk up (c) openigloo so no elevator, which is (c) openigloo tough if on an upper (c) openigloo floor. Lived near a couple (c) openigloo of bad neighbors including a (c) openigloo chain smoker and very loud (c) openigloo couple having parties. These neighbors (c) openigloo were eventually kicked out but (c) openigloo it took a while. No (c) openigloo laundry in the building- this (c) openigloo is a huge negative. The (c) openigloo closest laundromat is not that (c) openigloo close and very small. Also, (c) openigloo no dishwashers or other amenities.
