Cons:
Great building in a grimy (c) openigloo neighborhood. Loud music late at (c) openigloo night from the street. Some (c) openigloo people in the neighborhood throw (c) openigloo their trash wherever and don't (c) openigloo clean up after their dogs.
Advice to owner:
Treat your staff well because they do an amazing job keeping an older building livable.

It’s close to the J (c) openigloo train, and it does provide (c) openigloo basic shelter. There are four (c) openigloo walls, and a roof.
Cons:
Everything else. The walls are (c) openigloo so thin you can hear (c) openigloo your neighbor chewing, rodents in (c) openigloo the walls and infesting the (c) openigloo first floor, horrible management that (c) openigloo doesn’t fix urgent issues like (c) openigloo visible mold, broken plumbing, or (c) openigloo rusted fire escapes, and price (c) openigloo gauging despite all of these (c) openigloo issues. Not to mention the (c) openigloo state of the basement and (c) openigloo front entranceway, which is completely (c) openigloo covered in garbage and vermin.

The building's water is VERY (c) openigloo hot, which is better than (c) openigloo the opposite I suppose. The (c) openigloo primary issue is the pests. (c) openigloo Our apartment was kept incredibly (c) openigloo clean and exterminated, however there (c) openigloo were constantly large cockroaches. It (c) openigloo was also a daily occurrence (c) openigloo to see roaches dead and (c) openigloo alive in the lobby. The (c) openigloo building is just infested in (c) openigloo the structure so there really (c) openigloo isn't much to be done (c) openigloo by way of complete removal (c) openigloo in units. We were on (c) openigloo the second floor, so perhaps (c) openigloo the higher levels are a (c) openigloo bit safer.
