Pros:
My apartment is big with (c) openigloo a separate kitchen and plenty (c) openigloo of windows. Two bathrooms and (c) openigloo parking on site.
Cons:
We were overrun with cockroaches (c) openigloo within the first two weeks (c) openigloo of moving in. I reported (c) openigloo it to a guy who (c) openigloo came around to inspect, and (c) openigloo he took a photo of (c) openigloo the roaches, but nothing was (c) openigloo done. We have all our (c) openigloo food in sealed containers and (c) openigloo take out trash, do dishes (c) openigloo daily, but they’re still everywhere. (c) openigloo The elevator is constantly either (c) openigloo out of service (sometimes it (c) openigloo gets “fixed” and then breaks (c) openigloo down again the same day (c) openigloo or next day) and is (c) openigloo so rickety even when it’s (c) openigloo working that it feels like (c) openigloo you’re taking your life in (c) openigloo your hands every time you (c) openigloo get in. I have no (c) openigloo complaints about the apartment but (c) openigloo the bugs are just intolerable.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the pests, and just replace the elevator already. The department of buildings has complaints on file about it going all the way back to 2009. I know there are people living in the same wing as me who are in wheelchairs or very old, and who knows what they do when it’s not working.
