Reviews

Cock Roach infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, right inbetween orchard (c) openigloo and Ludlow
Cons:
Do not live here!!! It (c) openigloo is completely cockroach infested and (c) openigloo smells like cigarettes from the (c) openigloo tenants. It is not cleanly (c) openigloo the trash has rats. The (c) openigloo management is absolutely awful.
Advice to owner:
Tent the whole building
Great location but $$$
Former Tenant
Pros:
What a block to live (c) openigloo on
Cons:
Our apartment was barely updated (c) openigloo and then they price gouged (c) openigloo us after covid. We didn't (c) openigloo have one closet in the (c) openigloo entire apartment. And only one (c) openigloo sink in the kitchen. No (c) openigloo sink in the bathroom. No (c) openigloo one should be paying thousands (c) openigloo of dollars for a room (c) openigloo that only fits a full (c) openigloo and a dresser. Especially if (c) openigloo there is no other space
Overall good setup, ideal block location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location Nice rooftop Big windows in (c) openigloo bedrooms Most bedrooms are quiet
Cons:
Occasional bugs Tiny living room/kitchen
Cheap but dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building wasn’t expensive and a (c) openigloo good location. Rooftop is great (c) openigloo also
Cons:
Building was a mess. The (c) openigloo garbage room was disgusting and (c) openigloo the hallway entrance always reeked (c) openigloo of garbage. Buzzer was broken (c) openigloo for months and the managing (c) openigloo company is not very responsive
Boiler & Vermin Problems!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is convenient
Cons:
NO Emergency Super or Response (c) openigloo - No Hot Water for (c) openigloo days at a time - (c) openigloo No Upkeep/Cleaning of Common Areas (c) openigloo - Waterbug & Rat Issues.
Advice to owner:
Hire an experienced super with a phone they answer
I would never rent from this company again!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly new, didn’t see any (c) openigloo mice.
Cons:
Management was awful. Never responded. (c) openigloo Never provided a contact for (c) openigloo the super (if there was (c) openigloo one).
community is great, landlord unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
a lot of great people (c) openigloo in the building, and best (c) openigloo location
Cons:
landlord doesnt respond unless they (c) openigloo need something from you
Advice to owner:
respond to your tenants
Good and bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
GREAT location. Amazing street with (c) openigloo a lot going on but (c) openigloo not too loud. Wide staircase (c) openigloo that makes moving in and (c) openigloo out easier. Rooftop is a (c) openigloo plus.
Cons:
It's a pre-war building so (c) openigloo everything is just very old (c) openigloo and breaks often. I'm not (c) openigloo sure if the other units (c) openigloo were like ours, but our (c) openigloo apartment was VERY overpriced. Paid (c) openigloo $5,800 for a very, very (c) openigloo tiny, dark place. Just beware (c) openigloo and make sure to tour (c) openigloo before!
A vibe for a year
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a great location
Cons:
Trouble with heating in the (c) openigloo winter
Small place in the middle of everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s fairly quiet on a (c) openigloo not too loud street but (c) openigloo close to anything you’d like (c) openigloo to do.
Cons:
We had some things break (c) openigloo in our apartment and they (c) openigloo took many many follow up (c) openigloo emails to get someone out (c) openigloo to help. This is New (c) openigloo York but even for New (c) openigloo York standard the apartments are (c) openigloo tiny.
