The building is great, both (c) openigloo location and our unit. It (c) openigloo is decent for the neighborhood
Cons:
management company tried to send (c) openigloo a broker three times (a (c) openigloo did a tour once without (c) openigloo permission) to list our apartment (c) openigloo while we had a lease (c) openigloo and right after we signed (c) openigloo a new year-long lease. One (c) openigloo of the brokers they contracted (c) openigloo called us after the fact (c) openigloo to let us know this (c) openigloo company did stuff like this (c) openigloo all the time so to (c) openigloo be careful. They also raise (c) openigloo the rent every year and (c) openigloo are not receptive to any (c) openigloo negotiating.

Our Rooftop was everything!

Modern renovated building with exposed (c) openigloo brick and nice bathrooms, loved (c) openigloo having in unit laundry and (c) openigloo live in super. Rooftop was our (c) openigloo favorite part! We hosted so (c) openigloo many parties there and views (c) openigloo are amazing.
Cons:
Not too much space in (c) openigloo the closet, but we managed.
Cute apartments but messy landlords

The roof was (c) openigloo always fun to use and (c) openigloo the location is unbeatable.

(c) openigloo Unfortunately lots of folks sneak (c) openigloo in and hang between the (c) openigloo entrance doors or by the (c) openigloo stairs. They usually mean no (c) openigloo harm and are hiding from (c) openigloo the elements. Try not to (c) openigloo be a jerk if you’re (c) openigloo inserting yourself in this area (c) openigloo 🫶🏼.

Maintain the plants on the roof! It was so lovely when we first moved in.

Do not live here (c) openigloo if you want a management (c) openigloo team that will fix issues (c) openigloo and is responsive.
