Pros:
generally pretty clean, never seen (c) openigloo a bug, roach, or rat
very (c) openigloo quiet (in terms of traffic)
trash (c) openigloo is taken out regularly
super is (c) openigloo very friendly
Cons:
heat is basically non existent (c) openigloo and the windows are super (c) openigloo drafty, i could literally see (c) openigloo my breath indoors during the (c) openigloo winter
although I didnt mind the (c) openigloo water pressure people who came (c) openigloo to stay with me always (c) openigloo complained
the bathroom also just had (c) openigloo a base layer of grime (c) openigloo when i moved in that (c) openigloo i could never fully remove
neighbors (c) openigloo are generally pretty considerate with (c) openigloo the exception of some college (c) openigloo kids who stomp around all (c) openigloo night, blast music, and yell (c) openigloo in the stairwells on weekends (c) openigloo when theyre coming/going to the (c) openigloo bars
Advice to owner:
fix the heating, the temperature is a safety hazard for pets or anyone with even mild health complications
