If you want water pouring (c) openigloo through your ceiling, and walls, (c) openigloo and heaters, for years the (c) openigloo owner will never fix the (c) openigloo structural cracks in this building (c) openigloo since 1995. This Landlord does (c) openigloo not care. There are pests (c) openigloo mice roaches. A lot of (c) openigloo water damage & mold in (c) openigloo this building in a lot (c) openigloo of the apartments.They will evade (c) openigloo responsibility despite the number of (c) openigloo tenants who have taken them (c) openigloo to court. Eventually the tenants (c) openigloo got tired of this and (c) openigloo moved.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap & fix this building. There are elderly people who live here and children. Stop lying on the tenants when everyone who lives here knows the truth about the building conditions.
