Pros:
The building is renovated which (c) openigloo is nice.
Cons:
The bookstore below gives out (c) openigloo needles so there are always (c) openigloo crackheads outside. It’s the same (c) openigloo building owner so they won’t (c) openigloo leave. Apartment layout isn’t great either Also (c) openigloo some of the rooms have (c) openigloo no light

Pros:
Great location such a lovely (c) openigloo street and the neighbors are (c) openigloo great. Great restaurants and shops (c) openigloo all around, very close to (c) openigloo Soho and Noho. Love EZ (c) openigloo (maintenance/super).
Cons:
A little loud because of (c) openigloo all the young bars on (c) openigloo the street, management wasn't super (c) openigloo responsive to a rodent issue (c) openigloo I had but then EZ (c) openigloo came and saved the day. (c) openigloo Also not very close to (c) openigloo any green space
Advice to owner:
Would love better trash options than the public street ones bc they're almost always full

Interesting building, large appts. Sound (c) openigloo resistant

needs renovating to bring to (c) openigloo good spec, ownership variable and (c) openigloo their ambitions for it unclear—they (c) openigloo seem to do things on (c) openigloo the cheap, jury rigging repairs (c) openigloo etc., even though the building’s (c) openigloo recent rents are not…scaffolding up (c) openigloo two years…
Advice to owner:
fix things well and properly rather than temp fixes that require fixing again 6 mo later

The bare bulb hanging in (c) openigloo the stairway, The beat up (c) openigloo walls… What a dump
