Between the mice infestation and (c) openigloo the unbearable amount of noise (c) openigloo from upstairs neighbors (floors were (c) openigloo paper thin), this apartment was (c) openigloo honestly almost unlivable.

Awful landlord (Martin) - a (c) openigloo nightmare to communicate with and (c) openigloo refuses to take action (even (c) openigloo on safety related issues) until (c) openigloo you withhold rent and/or (c) openigloo threaten to work with a (c) openigloo lawyer. Unsafe area - building (c) openigloo across the street had multiple (c) openigloo fatal drive by shootings last (c) openigloo year. Squatters in the alley (c) openigloo way and often inside the (c) openigloo building. Tried to keep our (c) openigloo security deposit until we threatened (c) openigloo going to court.

Do not let Martin manage this property. Make the building safer and cleaner.
