A charming oasis on the UWS

The doormen and staff are (c) openigloo incredible. The neighbors are really (c) openigloo kind and friendly. Great amenities (c) openigloo ad close to so many (c) openigloo parks. It has the perfect (c) openigloo charm of the UWS.
Cons:
The communication with management can (c) openigloo be abmissal. Lack of notification (c) openigloo when our roof went under (c) openigloo construction.

Pest management is nonexistent. Ceiling (c) openigloo leaks and pipes bursting are (c) openigloo common. Trash management is awful. (c) openigloo Basically just an alley that (c) openigloo fills 6 feet high with (c) openigloo trash by trash day. Good (c) openigloo luck getting in touch with (c) openigloo management when you need something.

The doormen and building staff (c) openigloo are wonderful. Very kind and (c) openigloo helpful. Large laundry room. Trash chute and (c) openigloo recycling on every floor (cleared (c) openigloo out pretty regularly). Great location -- (c) openigloo right by the park, so (c) openigloo if you're lucky, you also (c) openigloo have an excellent view. And (c) openigloo close to target/whole foods
Cons:
Poor ventilation -- our bathroom (c) openigloo ceiling would crack every few (c) openigloo months. A bit of an older (c) openigloo building for the price you (c) openigloo pay. We didn't have a pest (c) openigloo problem, but I did see (c) openigloo a roach in the stairwell

Go back to what made the building great before. When the building was a community , you have kicked out the real tenants to upcharge our apartments and made it a money grab.
