(c) openigloo Doormen constantly rotate and they (c) openigloo don't actually check who's going (c) openigloo up. Laundry machines are frequently (c) openigloo out of order.

Actual apartment is very nice. (c) openigloo The building is well kept. (c) openigloo Doormen are very nice. Maintenance (c) openigloo is quick and efficient

Elevators are always broken. Expect (c) openigloo to wait in long lines (c) openigloo to get on the elevator. (c) openigloo Scaffolding has been covering for (c) openigloo the building for over 4 (c) openigloo years with no intention on (c) openigloo coming down. Management is unorganized. (c) openigloo The email service when you (c) openigloo receive a package has been (c) openigloo down for months and they (c) openigloo never sent a building notification. (c) openigloo Apartments are overpriced. I would (c) openigloo never recommend someone to move (c) openigloo in.

Nice gym, good walking distance (c) openigloo to work.

Overpriced, borderline dangerous area (someone (c) openigloo was allegedly stabbed in the (c) openigloo lobby), roaches in apartment (no (c) openigloo help from management). For the (c) openigloo same money, can find a (c) openigloo better place in DT BK (c) openigloo or in the city.

Rooms had big windows and (c) openigloo were very quiet. Very close (c) openigloo to the 1, 4, 5, (c) openigloo R, and W lines of (c) openigloo the MTA. Right across the (c) openigloo street from Battery Park. Short (c) openigloo walk to Whole Foods.

Building lobby and hallways sometimes (c) openigloo have a slightly funny smell. (c) openigloo AC broke for a day (c) openigloo while I was there in (c) openigloo the summer.

Very clean, very responsive front (c) openigloo dext, beautiful rooftop with great (c) openigloo views.

The AC went out for (c) openigloo a few days in the (c) openigloo summer, but was working a (c) openigloo vast majority of the days.

Management is not great at (c) openigloo responding to issues. we had (c) openigloo a pretty major problem that (c) openigloo needed resolving and the management (c) openigloo didn’t contact us or respond (c) openigloo to us at all. only (c) openigloo information we got was from (c) openigloo doormen and maintenance people. sometime (c) openigloo packages are poorly managed, but (c) openigloo usually fine.
