Decent roof and view from (c) openigloo said roof, new building, elevator, (c) openigloo the finishes in the units (c) openigloo all look nice
Cons:
It’s like ikea in that (c) openigloo it all looks nice but (c) openigloo was very cheaply built. It’ll (c) openigloo get the job done but (c) openigloo this is also from 2019 (c) openigloo before the rent in the (c) openigloo building skyrocketed

Floor-through apartments are spacious with (c) openigloo nice layouts. Landlord is fair (c) openigloo and decent.
Cons:
The building is lopsided and (c) openigloo the floors are bowing. Poorly (c) openigloo taken care of; always full (c) openigloo of trash and bugs.
Advice to owner:
Hire an actual super to come by and take care of the building on a regular basis.

Pros:
Apartments are newly renovated (c. (c) openigloo 2012). Big elevator (rare for smaller (c) openigloo building in LES). Proximity to bars, (c) openigloo restaurants, shops, and Essex/Delancey subway. Access (c) openigloo to decent rooftop and gym. Building (c) openigloo is generally well-managed; cleaned often (c) openigloo and updated.
Cons:
Neighborhood can be extremely dangerous, (c) openigloo especially on Delancey Street and (c) openigloo east of Ridge Street. Many (c) openigloo robberies, stabbings, unwell homeless, and (c) openigloo the occasional shooting. Multiple four-bedroom units (c) openigloo lead to young people that (c) openigloo throw parties, leave trash everywhere (c) openigloo (occasionally urine and puke too), (c) openigloo and generally do not consider (c) openigloo their neighbors. Packages always stolen, even (c) openigloo with efforts to reduce this (c) openigloo (cameras, parcel box, etc.). Washing machines (c) openigloo are dysfunctional and still only (c) openigloo take quarters. Management is half-responsive (sometimes (c) openigloo immediate, sometimes never).
Advice to owner:
Have a property manager that lives on site. Communicate with residents regularly for announcements and updates. Convert 4-bedroom units to 2-bedrooms to attract more mature, respectful tenants.

Cons:
Basically a frat house. Large (c) openigloo parties that lead to trash (c) openigloo everywhere on the weekends. Still (c) openigloo a sketchy block at night, (c) openigloo despite decent lighting.
