Good location, right inbetween orchard (c) openigloo and Ludlow
Cons:
Do not live here!!! It (c) openigloo is completely cockroach infested and (c) openigloo smells like cigarettes from the (c) openigloo tenants. It is not cleanly (c) openigloo the trash has rats. The (c) openigloo management is absolutely awful.

Tent the whole building

Appliances are often broken, some (c) openigloo mild plumbing problems, 1 noisy (c) openigloo neighbor that yells in the (c) openigloo hallway whenever they’re leaving, hard (c) openigloo to get anyone to fix (c) openigloo anything

This building is unfortunately completely (c) openigloo infested with roaches on all (c) openigloo floors. We see dozens a (c) openigloo day at all times of (c) openigloo the day throughout the apartment (c) openigloo (not confined to sinks). There (c) openigloo have also been hot water (c) openigloo and heat issues - going (c) openigloo multiple days without - throughout (c) openigloo the winter.
