The building is clean and (c) openigloo well maintained . The staff (c) openigloo and very nice. Any issues (c) openigloo we have with our apartment (c) openigloo are fixed in less than (c) openigloo 24 hours. Garbage is removed (c) openigloo from each floor daily. There (c) openigloo are plenty of washers and (c) openigloo dryers.
Cons:
The building is located in (c) openigloo a high traffic area so (c) openigloo sometimes traffic noise can be (c) openigloo heard.

Wonderful staff. Never had any (c) openigloo issues with package acceptance, laundry, (c) openigloo etc.

Not managed well at all Air (c) openigloo condition not turned on when (c) openigloo management had over a week (c) openigloo warning of 90 degree weather (c) openigloo Elevators don’t work well at (c) openigloo all. Noise level very high from (c) openigloo multiple construction sights around

Renovate the lobby Fix the elevators Turn on the air condition before it hits unsafe conditions

Apartments are spacious and relatively (c) openigloo clean.
Cons:
Never once met the super, (c) openigloo had various problems over 3 (c) openigloo years and no answer from (c) openigloo the super. Management has held (c) openigloo my security deposit for months (c) openigloo on end with no intention (c) openigloo of returning it when I (c) openigloo left no damages
Advice to owner:
Get a better super.
