Cleanliness-Cleanliness? What cleanliness? From the (c) openigloo lobby to each and every (c) openigloo hallway on every floor it (c) openigloo smells like trash. One whiff (c) openigloo of the compactor and you (c) openigloo will want to vomit. It's (c) openigloo a melange of pests, garbage (c) openigloo juices , and mold making (c) openigloo an odor that is despicable (c) openigloo more than you can ever (c) openigloo imagine. The elevator air ducts (c) openigloo are full of accumulated heavy (c) openigloo dirt. People throw their garbage (c) openigloo in the elevators as well.
Neighbors--Everyday, (c) openigloo there is a very strong (c) openigloo curry smell in the hallway, (c) openigloo no matter what floor you (c) openigloo live in. Sometimes your neighbors (c) openigloo cook food and open their (c) openigloo doors to let the bad (c) openigloo odor out and it seeps (c) openigloo through your apartment. This place (c) openigloo is full of potheads smoking (c) openigloo marijuana, you'll have to close (c) openigloo your windows all the time, (c) openigloo because the smell exudes quickly, (c) openigloo it's absolutely repulsive. The elevator (c) openigloo smells like marijuana, people smell (c) openigloo like marijuana, the hallways smell (c) openigloo like marijuana. Not an ideal (c) openigloo place for families!
Safety--There is no (c) openigloo camera in the mailroom. My (c) openigloo packages were stolen more than (c) openigloo 3x and the building does (c) openigloo nothing about it. I've confronted (c) openigloo them about this issue and (c) openigloo they promised to put a (c) openigloo camera, but like any other (c) openigloo incompetent management company, they do (c) openigloo nothing. There was also a (c) openigloo fire in this building when (c) openigloo someone threw a piece of (c) openigloo cigarette in the compactor and (c) openigloo they had no way to (c) openigloo identify who did it. No (c) openigloo cameras, and the few cameras (c) openigloo they had looks unreliable that (c) openigloo I doubt it's still working. Noise (c) openigloo levels--You have barbaric people with (c) openigloo domestic disputes shouting at each (c) openigloo other in the middle of (c) openigloo the night. You will have (c) openigloo neighbors who will party like (c) openigloo they rented the whole building (c) openigloo with how loud they are. (c) openigloo Additionally, your neighbors love to (c) openigloo slam whatever stuff they have (c) openigloo in their apartments with (c) openigloo no regards to their neighbors, (c) openigloo anytime and all the time.
Laundry--The (c) openigloo washing machines here are absolutely (c) openigloo disgusting. All kind of gunk, (c) openigloo hair, and residue are stuck (c) openigloo in the rubber parts of (c) openigloo the machine. The hot and (c) openigloo warm water setting of the (c) openigloo washers do not work. The (c) openigloo dispensers where you put your (c) openigloo washing solutions are full of (c) openigloo gunk and it does not (c) openigloo drain the contents all the (c) openigloo way. Good luck if you're (c) openigloo washing and the person who (c) openigloo used the machine before you (c) openigloo used bleach. Now it's time (c) openigloo for the dryer! No one (c) openigloo cleans after their own lint.
