Advice to owner:
Spruce up everyday utilitarian elements like sink, toilet, faucets, cabinet doors, stairhall, buzzer so that it can fully function, and have the bar respect the apartments above more.

Basic, But Not The Worst

Renovated apartment on top floor
Cons:
Loud music on the weekends from neighbors, heat is super sporadic during winter. It’ll be on in the morning, cut off during the day and cut back on at night. Due to the building being worked on there were bugs that were found every single night.
