Cons:
The noise of the neighbors (c) openigloo is sometimes loud and the (c) openigloo walls are extremely thin

Broken steps, dirty, wreaks of (c) openigloo cigarettes, packages are constantly stolen, (c) openigloo huge cockroach problem over the (c) openigloo summer despite receiving monthly sprays (c) openigloo and getting every type of (c) openigloo poison and retardant. I have (c) openigloo trauma from living here lol

Good location right next to (c) openigloo the B/D stop, washer/dryer in (c) openigloo unit plus dishwasher are also (c) openigloo a pro. It’s a gut (c) openigloo reno so everything inside is (c) openigloo pretty nice
Cons:
All of the pros are (c) openigloo NOT outweighed by the massive (c) openigloo roach problem. Despite monthly (if (c) openigloo not more frequent) exterminator sprays (c) openigloo and a multitude of additional (c) openigloo poisons, NOTHING gets rid of (c) openigloo these roaches. They are everywhere. (c) openigloo We see on average 3-10 (c) openigloo DAILY, in all sizes. There (c) openigloo are so many babies there (c) openigloo must be nests in the (c) openigloo wall. Nothing gets rid of (c) openigloo them. Save yourself and do (c) openigloo not live here. Also forgot to (c) openigloo mention, packages frequently get stolen (c) openigloo with little to no follow (c) openigloo up from management.

- Severe bug problems during (c) openigloo the summer / warmer months (c) openigloo (drain bugs, eventually management got (c) openigloo a recurring pest service to (c) openigloo spray preventatively every month, tbd (c) openigloo on whether that would solve (c) openigloo the issue in the summer) - (c) openigloo Low water pressure all the (c) openigloo time - Repeated water outages (either (c) openigloo no water at all or (c) openigloo no hot water) that took (c) openigloo hours or days to fix (c) openigloo with minimal communication from management (c) openigloo about when the issue would (c) openigloo be resolved - Boiler broke (c) openigloo during the coldest week of (c) openigloo the year (no heat, which (c) openigloo was not resolved for days (c) openigloo until it was escalated from (c) openigloo the super to management) - Frequently (c) openigloo stolen mail

Newly renovated with new appliances (c) openigloo (fridge/stove/microwave)
Cons:
Cheap renovations from floors to (c) openigloo pipes. One night all the (c) openigloo sewage pipes in the building (c) openigloo somehow rerouted to my kitchen (c) openigloo sink. It proceeded to slowly (c) openigloo flood my apartment when anyone (c) openigloo flushed the toilet or took (c) openigloo a shower in the building (c) openigloo came through my kitchen drain. (c) openigloo Fast forward to me barreling (c) openigloo water out of my bedroom (c) openigloo window with a sauce pan (c) openigloo to no avail. At one (c) openigloo point accidentally throwing the sewage (c) openigloo water on to my super (c) openigloo below - who refused to (c) openigloo turn the water off.

Pros:
Location is great, right by (c) openigloo trains and easy walk to (c) openigloo most neighborhoods in lower Manhattan. (c) openigloo Unit is small but newly (c) openigloo renovated and modern.
Cons:
There are 20 units in (c) openigloo this rather narrow building, noise (c) openigloo can be heard in the (c) openigloo hallways and stairs that can (c) openigloo resonate through the building. Also (c) openigloo opposing kitchens on shared walls (c) openigloo add to noise. People smoke (c) openigloo in hallways and stairs occasionally, (c) openigloo evidenced by cigarette butts and (c) openigloo odor.
Advice to owner:
If neighbors are considerate this is a very nice place to live. Would recommend better enforcement of no smoking in hallways, if possible.
