Good location, right inbetween orchard (c) openigloo and Ludlow

Do not live here!!! It (c) openigloo is completely cockroach infested and (c) openigloo smells like cigarettes from the (c) openigloo tenants. It is not cleanly (c) openigloo the trash has rats. The (c) openigloo management is absolutely awful.

GREAT location. Amazing street with (c) openigloo a lot going on but (c) openigloo not too loud. Wide staircase (c) openigloo that makes moving in and (c) openigloo out easier. Rooftop is a (c) openigloo plus.

It's a pre-war building so (c) openigloo everything is just very old (c) openigloo and breaks often. I'm not (c) openigloo sure if the other units (c) openigloo were like ours, but our (c) openigloo apartment was VERY overpriced. Paid (c) openigloo $5,800 for a very, very (c) openigloo tiny, dark place. Just beware (c) openigloo and make sure to tour (c) openigloo before!

It’s fairly quiet on a (c) openigloo not too loud street but (c) openigloo close to anything you’d like (c) openigloo to do.

We had some things break (c) openigloo in our apartment and they (c) openigloo took many many follow up (c) openigloo emails to get someone out (c) openigloo to help. This is New (c) openigloo York but even for New (c) openigloo York standard the apartments are (c) openigloo tiny.

Kind super, improved dramatically over (c) openigloo the time we lived there. (c) openigloo Used to get packages stolen (c) openigloo every day. They haven’t been (c) openigloo stolen in over a year.

Lazy management. Leaks in the (c) openigloo roof always. Expensive for what (c) openigloo it was. Dirty af when (c) openigloo we moved in

Appliances are often broken, some (c) openigloo mild plumbing problems, 1 noisy (c) openigloo neighbor that yells in the (c) openigloo hallway whenever they’re leaving, hard (c) openigloo to get anyone to fix (c) openigloo anything

Super great location in the (c) openigloo Lower east side, great street.

6th floor walk up, no (c) openigloo elevator.

This building is unfortunately completely (c) openigloo infested with roaches on all (c) openigloo floors. We see dozens a (c) openigloo day at all times of (c) openigloo the day throughout the apartment (c) openigloo (not confined to sinks). There (c) openigloo have also been hot water (c) openigloo and heat issues - going (c) openigloo multiple days without - throughout (c) openigloo the winter.

Fix the roach issue

Good location. If you keep (c) openigloo your apartment clean it’s a (c) openigloo pretty cleanly apartment.

Management is not prompt. Went (c) openigloo months without A/C. Horrible communication.

Please be better.
