Can hear mice in the (c) openigloo walls and they refuse to (c) openigloo solve this issue. You can (c) openigloo hear music playing nonstop all (c) openigloo day and night from surrounding (c) openigloo restaurants. Smells like cigarettes in (c) openigloo the unit. Can’t open windows (c) openigloo unless you want to smell (c) openigloo fried food from the restaurants (c) openigloo next door or cigs from (c) openigloo the alleyway

Great well kept building. Extremely (c) openigloo responsive and friendly super and (c) openigloo doorman - could not ask (c) openigloo for a better team managing (c) openigloo this building. Have never had (c) openigloo an issue with any appliances (c) openigloo in the apartment or shared (c) openigloo spaces like lobby, elevators, garbage (c) openigloo chutes, etc. Hallways and building (c) openigloo are vacuumed once a week (c) openigloo so overall very clean. Management (c) openigloo is responsive and helpful.

Dog friendly building which can (c) openigloo contribute to noise Not in the (c) openigloo most desirable location (very close (c) openigloo to BQE, not very scenic) (c) openigloo Gym leaves something to be (c) openigloo desired in terms of space (c) openigloo and equipment but it’s decent (c) openigloo enough

Cons:
Issues with flooding, issues with (c) openigloo hot water taking forever to (c) openigloo heat up, and issues with (c) openigloo shower water pressure.

All of the appliances in (c) openigloo the unit are brand new (c) openigloo which is very nice. Nest (c) openigloo system is very nice when (c) openigloo it is working. Other residents (c) openigloo in the building are very (c) openigloo friendly. Inside of units (c) openigloo are very clean upon move (c) openigloo in.
Cons:
Almost every single one of (c) openigloo my packages has been stolen (c) openigloo in the last 3 months. (c) openigloo Not a single thing has (c) openigloo been done to solve this (c) openigloo issue. We didnt have a working (c) openigloo oven for the first 3 (c) openigloo months of our lease. They (c) openigloo would come unannounced to install (c) openigloo the oven when we werent (c) openigloo available for them to do (c) openigloo so. We didnt have heat for (c) openigloo the first two weeks of (c) openigloo living here, and it was (c) openigloo the two coldest weeks of (c) openigloo the winter. They kept coming (c) openigloo and claiming that they "fixed (c) openigloo it" and it would be (c) openigloo blowing freezing cold air by (c) openigloo the time they left. You (c) openigloo can hear every single move (c) openigloo that your upstairs neighbors make.
Advice to owner:
Figure out the package system ASAP

Tiniest bathroom (c) openigloo & kitchen. - Every apartment (c) openigloo entrance door has a gap (c) openigloo on the bottom. If one (c) openigloo unit gets roach infested it (c) openigloo will likely to spread to (c) openigloo every unit on the same (c) openigloo floor. - Charges a pet (c) openigloo fee - Packages went missing a (c) openigloo few times - The building is (c) openigloo right by a bar. Depends (c) openigloo on which direction the unit’s (c) openigloo facing it might get loud (c) openigloo at nights, etc. - Frequently (c) openigloo had brown water issue - If (c) openigloo there’s a construction work you (c) openigloo are notified on the day (c) openigloo of the construction - Could (c) openigloo hear neighbors too well

The building was ALWAYS spotless. (c) openigloo The staff were always so (c) openigloo kind and really seemed to (c) openigloo care about their jobs.
Cons:
The super was really strict (c) openigloo about any kind of noise. (c) openigloo For some people this is (c) openigloo great, but it would have (c) openigloo been nice to be able (c) openigloo to play some music on (c) openigloo a Friday night. Also, when (c) openigloo it was time to renew (c) openigloo our lease they raised it (c) openigloo by 40% and refused to (c) openigloo negotiate at all. Definitely do (c) openigloo not care about having good (c) openigloo tenants or building a community.
Advice to owner:
Value tenants over profits!!
